You can only book directly through this website. Simply select your preferred accommodation type, and number of guests, then follow the checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
Yes, you can pay a 25% deposit during the checkout process that will secure your place. Your booking will then be split into monthly payments thereafter. Full payment details will be shown at checkout. Deposit options end 5 weeks before the event start date.
No, we dont take any money from you automatically. You will need to keep on top of paying your monthly payments by logging into your ‘my-account’ dashboard, and paying what is due.
Simply log-in > HERE < or via the homepage with the email and password that you created during checkout, this will access your ‘my-account’ dashboard, head over to the orders tab to pay your next monthly instalment.

Yes you can make a booking for as many units that is required for your group size.
Email info@thesouldisciplesweekender.com outlining your current booking and how many people you want to add and we will send you instructions on what to do next.
If you can no longer attend we can cancel your booking, but we do not offer refunds on any payments already made to us. Please see our terms and conditions page for more details. If you can no longer attend the event then please contact us as soon as possible.
Yes you can, but this is also subject to availability. Please email info@thesouldisciplesweekender.com if you wish to upgrade your accommodation.

- Check-in & Check-out
No, depending on your accommodation type, check in times vary. Check in time’s are sent out via an email to all lead bookers a week before the event start date, so please adhere to these times, they are in place to ease congestion and wait times upon arrival.
If you make your way to the reception area, you will be greeted by our team, and given directions to your accommodation. We will need the main booker present to release your welcome pack which includes your group’s wristband’s and keys to your accommodation.
Check out time is on the Monday after the event finale, you must be out of your accommodation by 10am and return your keys to reception.
- Accommodation Details
Each accommodation type varies with what is has. All information is outlined and can be found on the individual accommodation product page.
Wifi is only available in Gold 2, Gold 3, and Platinum Lodge’s. Please note, WiFi strength may vary across the park.
Our preference is no pets at the event, but if you need to or plan on bringing a pet with you then please let us know beforehand as there are certain conditions that will have to be adhered to.
Bookings are allocated first from oldest to newest. In some scenarios we may not be able to fulfil your request, as this depends on varying factors, however we do our upmost best to fairly allocate everyone’s booking based on any notes/needs made at the time of booking.

Reminder emails are sent out automatically from the booking system with a 3-4 day notice letting you know that your next payment instalment is due.
